The new RATIONAL ID will be available from 14 May.
Your RATIONAL ID in just a few steps:
1. Use your e-mail address as your username as usual. (Please note that for security reasons, the new RATIONAL ID no longer supports accounts that are used by more than one person. It is best to create personalised accounts.)
2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Note: This e-mail is from login@rational-id.com and may take up to 5 minutes to complete. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder.
3. Enter a new password (at least 10 characters, at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 digit, special characters are possible but not mandatory).
4. You will see the message “Password changed successfully”.
5. Login with the new password.
6. You can stay logged in to access the RATIONAL portal the next time you visit.
